"This office is one of the worst insurance agents I have ever dealt with. They dont manage your home owners policy renewals and unlike virtually every insurance agent they will not follow through sending policy declaration pages for home owner insurance renewals. You have to hound them and chase them down. Be prepared to have to handle your own escrow as the agents employed at this agency will not want to do any work on your policy. They sure will call you when they have something to sell, but outside of that not interested in servicing your account."

"Worst customer service ever, they don't reach back to clients , new personnel every time you call, agency don't honor quotes and prices to clients, every month is something new, when you ask for a supervisor or owner nothing happens. So, I'm taking my bussines to other place. I'm updating my review from about a year ago. I can say there is no way they have so many 5 stars reviews, because they are by far the worst insurance agency I've ever deal with. On top of all issues i already had due to them, now i just learned that I have my DL suspended due to lack of insurance. So, I know I've been paying my bills but somehow, something happened a year ago, and I've been driving for about a year with a suspended DL, this is unreal. So don't waste your time with them, is not going to work."
